Annual Home Watch service plans start at $2,815 for the Standard Plan and $4,295 for the Premium Plan. We provide custom pricing for all homes over 3,000 sqft. Pricing is largely determined by square footage of the home, as well as the scope of services requested. Click here for pricing details.

Infinity Home Solutions office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are available after hours for emergencies.

Yes. We provide handyman and general home repair services to all homeowners in the South Walton area at an hourly rate.

Yes. Our other A La Carte and Key Services are exclusive to Infinity Home Solutions members only, with the exception of handyman services and real estate inspection report repairs.

During our first visit to your home, we will conduct an initial home assessment. There is a one-time fee of $275.00 for this service.

Property inspections are scheduled in accordance with the homeowner's plan selection. Premium plans include 4 inspections per month. Standard plans include 2 inspections per month. Click here for more details.

No, plans are specific to the homeowner at the time the agreement is signed.

Yes, we are fully insured for general liability.

Infinity Home Solutions will oversee access to the property and services provided by approved vendors from start to finish. The service fee is 20% of the vendor invoice or a minimum fee of $300. A maximum of two estimates can be provided.

A service call during office hours is $89.00. A service call done outside of office hours is $149.00.
